Slab poured - base stage complete (week 3)

So today the concrete got poured and now our slab is now complete.

The slab work continues with the waffle pad getting prepared. Steel is placed down and then polystyrene blocks are placed on it with steel above.

Our glass fence and part of our retaining wall had to get removed and was completed today.

I drove past the house this morning and saw more work being done . The piers are awaiting.

Slab preparation and tiger tails (week 1)

It is so exciting to go past the house each day this week and see work being done.

There are bricks and tiles at the back of the house .

The tiger tail that goes from our neighbours property to across the road got fitted today.

Very heavy rain is expected from tomorrow (Friday) to Sunday. I hope it does not delay anything
